  • Overview

    The Member Programs Analyst will provide support and services to MS-ISAC programs, and its membership, while building trusted relationships with state, local, tribal and territorial governments (SLTTs).

    What You'll Do

    • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, extraction, storage, transformation, and visualization related to all CIS and MS-ISAC products and services
    • Processing online program registrations
    • Analyze data, develop reports and present meaningful insights, trends, and patterns to internal key stakeholders
    • Continually evaluate the relevance and efficiency of existing programs and recommend viable solutions
    • Test for quality assurance of newly developed and enhanced member programs, services and products
    • Document and automate member programs workflows and processes
    • Field incoming help requests from end users in a courteous manner
    • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

    What You'll Need

    • Bachelors degree* in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
    • 1+ years’ experience in data analysis and reporting
    • Experience in customer service and/or member success
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and accuracy
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States

    *Additional years of relevant experience or a combination of an Associate’s degree or equivalent and relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree.

     

    It's a Plus if You Have:

    • Experience using and administering Archer, HSIN and other analytical tools
    • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM software
    • Non-Profit experience
