Product Technical Support Intern

The primary purpose of this position is to gain experience while providing support to essential Product Technical Support team functions.

What You'll Do

  • Become familiar with the following software applications which are core tools for the support team; Atlassian Service Desk, Jira and Confluence
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of CIS Vendor Certification applications
  • Standardization of current documentation for the CSAT (Controls Self-Assessment Tool) with the goal of making it available for customers
  • Develop knowledge in one or more Cloud Platform Services; AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform or Oracle Cloud
  • Shadow Product Support Specialists and Manager to develop knowledge of technical support processes
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

What You'll Need

  • 2 years of study in Information Technology or related field
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

It's a Plus if You Have:

  • Familiarity with MS Excel
  • Competent with Windows and UNIX command line
