The Business Development Partnerships Manager will be responsible for the day to day management and execution of several important aspects of Business Development Partnerships including supporting channel development, alliances, and partnership strategy. You will have an emphasis on operational readiness of our systems and processes, and developing and executing on Business Development (BD) initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for contributing to the support and operationalization of the Partnerships and Alliances strategy
  • Liaise with the appropriate teams to develop a robust, end-to-end Alliances and Partnerships operations process
  • Collaborate on and maintain roadmap of BD, Alliances and Partnerships initiatives and enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, ensuring the BD organization is running smoothly and effectively
  • Develop best practices and processes for Partnership and Alliance management
  • Create training materials and communications for both partners and members
  • Manage internal tools for accurate reporting, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Collaboratively manage priorities among a diverse group of internal and external partners
  • Represent Business Development in all meetings regarding third parties

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology or related field*
  • 4+ years in business development, channel operations, partnerships or alliances related to the duties above
  • Proven track record improving and developing channels and partnerships
  • Demonstrated experience building new sales channels and routes to market
  • Strong analytical skills and experience building and delivering reports to a variety of audiences
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work with recent technological applications relating to daily tasks
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.

It's a Plus if You Have:

  • Cybersecurity, cloud security or related industry experience

*Additional years of relevant experience or a combination of an Associate’s degree or equivalent and relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree.
