We lead a global community of IT professionals to continuously evolve these standards and provide products and services to proactively safeguard against emerging threats.
The Director of Market and Customer Intelligence is part of the Marketing team and will lead cross-functional collaboration across CIS to provide insights to help inform cybersecurity product/service, customer experience, sales, and marketing strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for building an intelligence function and researching, analyzing, and reporting on both market and customer intelligence from a variety of internal and external sources.

*Additional years of relevant experience or a combination of an Associate’s degree or equivalent and relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree.
