CIS is seeking a highly driven, process/detail-oriented, and collaborative Customer Success Engineer. The primary purpose of this position is to support our US State, Local, Tribal & Territorial (SLTT) customers. This role will provide technical expertise to enhance the protection of our customers and continually ensure the value of the service is recognized and utilized to maintain our exceptionally high retention rate.
