The Cybersecurity Services Project Manager has a key role on the Sales and Business Services team. This position will work cross functionally with multiple CIS teams to develop, implement, and manage security products and services offered to State, Local, Tribal and Territorial (SLTT) organizations. This position is responsible for project management for these products and services as assigned, including the following: product research; customer and vendor feedback management; documenting processes and requirements; and working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver consistent service experiences to our Members.

• Apply Product and Project Management Methodologies and Frameworks to plan, execute, manage and maintain assigned project or product deliverables on time and within budget
• Update and maintain related product/service roadmaps, project plans and timelines with appropriate estimates and dependencies, involving all relevant stakeholders
• Consult with Senior level team members for guidance as needed
• Gather and analyze the internal and external stakeholders’ feedback to provide insights, identify gaps, make recommendations for improvements and provide consistent readouts on services performance
• Participate in process modeling sessions and partner with stakeholders to develop as-is and to-be process maps
• Document the high-level requirements and/or epics in support of product/service roadmaps
• Lead and influence collaborative cross-functional project teams
• Manage milestones and prioritize tasks for teams as needed and determine when issues should be escalated
• Conduct research and analysis to support converting a business strategy or goal into a service strategy
• Present timely, accurate, and transparent progress reports as well as identify problems and solutions to stakeholders and management
• Perform ongoing project Risk Management ensuring risks are identified early and that appropriate mitigation actions are recommended and taken.  Specific expectations include the following: anticipate and manage risks; publish a product team risk register; proactively assess risks for probability and impact; communicate risks/issues to management promptly; and offer creative mitigation solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience and education)*
• 5+ years’ experience in facilitation, product and/or program/project management
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Experienced in planning, risk management and/or change management
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills at all levels of organizations
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Strong presentation capabilities
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• The position is open to U.S. citizens and requires a favorably adjudicated DHS Fitness Review for Public Trust Positions**

*Additional years of relevant experience or a combination of an Associate's degree or similar with relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree. Additional education may include a PMI-PMP, PMI-PgMP, PMI-PfMP, ITIL, PMI-SP, PSM-1, Lean Six Sigma Certification (green or above), PSM-1 or similar.
