We lead a global community of IT professionals to continuously evolve these standards and provide products and services to proactively safeguard against emerging threats.

This position is with the Multi-State Information and Analysis Center (MS-ISAC). We are in search of a dynamic self-starter who is passionate about making a difference in the realm of Cyber Security for State, Local, Tribal and Territorial governments (SLTT). The ISAC’s are DHS designated focal points for protection, prevention, response and recovery for the SLTT community. As a member of our team, you will work with some of the finest experts in cybersecurity to assist our members in securing their governmental systems.

• Build relationships and encourage the growth of communities within the wider SLLT landscape
• Coordinate resources and materials in support of the ISAC mission and regional events
• Update and enhance strategies for increasing both membership and outreach to existing members
• Contribute to outreach planning, in coordination with the team
• Provide support in the use of ISAC Programs tools and portals
• Perform data entry and management of ISAC customer records
• Assist in the preparation and presenting of projects as identified and to include seasonal and short-term operations
• Other duties as assigned.

• Associate’s degree at an accredited college or university in a related field*
• 2+ years of work experience in a related field
• Proven ability in building and maintaining successful relationships with varied stakeholders
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work with a diverse team in completing goals
• Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• The position is open to U.S. citizens that and requires a favorably adjudicated DHS Fitness Review for Public Trust Positions**

It's A Plus If You Have Superior customer relations skills

• Superior customer relations skills
• Concentration in Cybersecurity or technology or industry recognized certifications are a plus
• Salesforce CRM software experience
• Advanced proficiency Microsoft Office products, including Excel

*Additional years of relevant experience and related education may be substituted for the Associate’s degree.
