Employee Experience Manager - Remote

The primary purpose of this position is to actively monitor and oversee the employee experience and to help develop and manage programs created to improve the workplace environment while aligning employees to the organizational strategy. Reporting the Director of Human Resources, this position fosters a culture of continuous feedback with a growth mindset.

What You'll Do

  • Monitors employee experience through various stages in the employee lifecycle through surveys, communication channels, KPIs, metrics and people analytics technologies, and more
  • Assesses employee’s needs, evaluates feedback, translates into actionable recommendations, and helps design programs to improve the organization’s work environment
  • Develops and tracks metrics that actively monitors and ensures organizational programs and initiatives are having the desired impact on the workforce (Onboarding, Benefits, Performance,
  • Career Development, Rewards and Recognition); identifies areas of improvement, and works with stakeholders to modify as necessary
  • Researches, develops and recommends employee-centered programs
  • Provides leadership, administrative support, guidance, resources, and coordination to the organization’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee
  • Manages the Human Resources pages and content on the company Intranet to ensure employee access and awareness of employee programs, products, resources and events
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure organizational practices and policies are effectively and correctly communicated, making recommendations for changes and/or updates as necessary
  • Coordinates with employees, Human Resource leadership and management to mediate and resolve employee relations issues
  • Partner with other business units and key stakeholders to continuously improve and standardize the employee experience across all locations
  • Create content and communications to be delivered to employees, management and the Board of Directors relative to the employee experience
  • Oversees rewards and recognition programs and improves as needed based on industry trends and current business needs
  • Assists in mentoring, coaching, and training of Human Resources team members
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

What You'll Need

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 4 years’ experience in human resources
  • 2+ years’ experience developing, implementing, managing, and measuring employee programs
  • Employee relations experience
  • Experience leading DEI programs and/or initiatives
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, and or leading others
  • Experience with employer branding and employee communications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work with Sr. Leadership
  • Ability to facilitate and communicate to large groups effectively
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
*Additional years of relevant experience or a combination of an Associate’s degree or equivalent
and relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree.

  • SHRM- Certified Professional
    Experience working in an agile environment
