The Member Programs Analyst will provide support and services to MS-ISAC programs, and its
membership, while building trusted relationships with state, local, tribal and territorial
governments (SLTTs). The primary purpose of this position is to assist MS-ISAC members,
utilize data, and coordinate processes to improve the cyber maturity of the SLTT community

What You'll Do

  • Field incoming customer service requests related to a governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) database from end users in a courteous manner
  • Assist team members with creating and editing best practice, guidance, and resource materials focused on improving SLTT cybersecurity maturity
  • Process online program registrations
  • Assist with data processes and reporting originating from a cybersecurity assessment program
  • Perform quality assurance and improvements on processes, data quality, and visualization related to the GRC database and cybersecurity maturity
  • Gather and analyze data and information into summarized products, including written reports and presentations on SLTT cybersecurity maturity for internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain processes within a GRC database specific to assessment criteria and imports/exports of customer data
  • Assist with planning and implementing customer trainings and presentations on cybersecurity maturity and use of the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) database.
  • Maintain processes for a collaborative online member-focused interaction and document sharing platform
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree* in Data Science, Cybersecurity, Business, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
  • 1+ years’ experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Experience in customer service and/or member success
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • The position is open to U.S. citizens and requires a favorably adjudicated DHS Fitness Review for Public Trust Positions**

It's a plus if you have:

  • Experience using and administering a Governance, Risk, and Compliance management (GRC) database or tool
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM software 
  • Non-Profit experience

*Additional years of relevant experience or a combination of an Associate’s degree or equivalent and relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree.
