Overview

The IT Governance Team at CIS is looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Manager, This role will be responsible for developing and implementing an Identity Governance and Access Management program at CIS. The IAM Manager will work across the organization to ensure secure access to systems and data through the implementation of policies, processes and tools in keeping with the governance, risk, and compliance requirements of the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, develop and implement an efficient, reliable, and compliant IAM program in support of the organization’s needs and business strategy
  • Partner with other departments to deliver enterprise solutions that adhere to enterprise standards, support capabilities, and align with future strategy.
  • Engage with vendors and third parties to communicate organizational needs and assess the fitness of products and services for use by the organization
  • Manage user access to systems, applications, and data
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with CIS policies, procedures and external audit requirements; respond to audit findings and implement remediation measures.
  • Work with business units and system owners to perform comprehensive access reviews
  • Document and communicate system capabilities, requirements, and procedures to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Train users on IAM policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Work with the IT Governance Team and other key stakeholders to create, implement, and continually evaluate IAM policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Other activities as required to support Identity Governance and Access Management at CIS

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access management or related field
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with enterprise identity and access management solutions
  • Working understanding of application and data interfaces and use of Application Programming Interfaces
  • Experience with SQL databases
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong background in design and support of complex networks and enterprise systems
  • Understanding of IT Service Management methodologies and frameworks, especially ITIL
  • Experience operating in a highly regulated or secure environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

It's a plus if you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field*
  • Experience in information systems audit preparation and response
  • Recent working knowledge for cloud, server, network, storage, virtualization, datacenter, backups, end user devices, application delivery, data protection, backups, middleware, and identity
  • Knowledge of dynamic and high-level programming languages and scripting
  • Experience leading and mentoring highly technical teams
  • Professional Certification such as CISSP, CISA, CIAM or other related certifications

*Additional years of relevant experience or a combination of an Associate’s degree or equivalent and relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree.
