The Cloud Solution Manager will be responsible for managing a team of architects responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions for our enterprise. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in cloud computing, automation, and mentoring architects. The ideal candidate will have experience working with enterprise customers and be able to communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Manage, lead, coach and mentor a staff of highly technical architects
• Manage demands of the team and properly priorities initiatives
• Design and implement cloud-based solutions for enterprise solutions
• Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and technical teams to identify client needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
• Ensure new solutions align with architectures as defined by our Enterprise Architect
• Develop technical architecture and design documentation for cloud-based solutions
• Provide technical leadership for the implementation of cloud-based solutions
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of cloud-based solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-based solutions
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in cloud computing
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field*
• 5+ years of experience in cloud computing, infrastructure as code, and automation
• Strong technical skills in cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Oracle, Google Cloud), infrastructure as code tools (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation), and automation technologies (e.g. Ansible, Chef, Jitterbit)
• 3+ years of experiencing managing a cloud engineering team.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and designing solutions that meet their business requirement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

It's a plus if you have:

• Experience supporting AWS, MS, Oracle and GCP
• Experience with cloud networking including Cloud WAN

*Additional years of relevant experience or a combination of an Associate’s degree or equivalent and relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree
