The System Engineer (SE) will be responsible for installation, configuration and management of server infrastructure. The Systems Engineer will ensure the security and configuration of our enterprise devices meet all required CIS standards and approved levels of compliance.

We lead a global community of IT professionals to continuously evolve these standards and provide products and services to proactively safeguard against emerging threats.

• Setup, administration, upgrades and patching of on-prem and cloud server infrastructure
• Provide technical support and maintenance for on-prem and cloud server infrastructure
• Implement security controls and adhere to the organization’s security policies and procedures
• Prevent, detect, and resolve security threats to the organization
• Conduct periodic reviews of the infrastructure and propose upgrades as appropriate
• Maintain server infrastructure in accordance with industry best practices and standards
• Participate in periodic on-call rotation
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

• 2+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator
• 2+ years managing VMware vCenter environment
• 1+ years of Cloud experience (AWS, Azure)
• Experience working in a hybrid Cloud environment
• Experience working with Microsoft Office 365
• Strong Windows or Linux experience
• Must demonstrate an ability for detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be a United States citizen

It's a plus if you have:

• VMWare Certifications (VCP, VCA)
• An Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field
