Overview

The Finance Director of the Cybersecurity Services Organization will report directly to the Executive Director of the Cybersecurity Services Organization (CSO). This position will manage all expense and revenue budgeting and forecasting activities for the Cybersecurity Services Organization. The Finance Director of the Cybersecurity Services Organization will serve as the lead in evaluating, reviewing, and approving contract payment terms and payments for products and services to support the CSO, as well as staff resource approvals, expenses, and tracking. The position is responsible for developing cost and price models including discounts and promotions for products and services, documented internal processes to ensure effective planning and accurate accounting.

Salary Range: $108,100 - $163,600

What You'll Do

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, implementation, and business strategic analysis of the Cybersecurity Services Organization
  • Conduct financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting efforts to ensure efficient financial operations
  • Review analysis results, develop insightful suggestions for investment, sourcing, cost reduction, and lead strategic business divisions
  • Work closely with the Executive Director of CSO, VP of Sales, CIS Finance, Procurement, Legal, and the SVP of Sales and Business Services (SBS) forecasts to ensure preparation and alignment of budgets, forecasts, financial goals, and objectives with overall organizational strategy
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis best practices, procedures, and processes
  • Prepare financial performance reporting, metrics, and analysis on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to support decision-making by senior leadership
  • Drive financial analyses to evaluate the Cybersecurity Services Program operational and strategic decisions
  • Analyze actual operating results throughout the year as compared to budget and planned performance
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline*
  • 10+ years of experience in a financial, business, and strategic planning role
  • 7+ years of experience in a lead financial planning role
  • Experience scaling growth stage Software as a Service companies
  • Excellent presentation and communication with C-suite executives
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles sufficient to prepare complex and detailed financial and budget analyses
  • Experience with cost and price modeling
  • Previous experience with financial planning software
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

It's a Plus if You Have:

  • CPA or MBA
  • Previous non-profit experience

*Additional years of relevant experience or a combination of an Associate’s degree or equivalent and relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree.
