The Marketing Intern is assigned to the Marketing team in the Sales and Business Services department at CIS. The primary purpose of this position is to gain experience while providing support to essential Marketing functions related to brand, content, social media, and graphic design. This position will provide exceptional service to all customers; ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention and representing CIS in a professional and courteous manner.

Hourly Rate: $15 - $20

• Support the development and execution of the overall CIS marketing strategy
• Assist with organizing marketing collateral
• Assist with creation and publication of social media and video content
• Create and edit graphics for web, print, and social
• Update metrics for marketing reports
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

• 2 years of study in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and comfortable designing (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and a bonus to have editing skills (Premiere, After Effects)
• Familiarity with Canva Design
• Familiarity with Marketing functions and social media platforms
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with grammar and spelling
• Organized with the ability to handle multiple projects within tight time constraints
• Strong communication, problem solving, collaboration, and analytical skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

It's a Plus if You Have:

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience with marketing tools including Sprout Social, Pardot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and others
