Overview

The primary purpose of this position is to support the sales organization in all stages of the sales cycle ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our sales orders, payments, and fulfillments. The ideal candidate must be able to reinforce sales processes diplomatically, but also be able to provide recommendations for improvements and be adaptable when change is needed.

Salary Range: $59,200 - $89,600

What You'll Do

  • Ensure accurate and timely transaction processing
  • Collaborate cross functionally with other divisions such as Finance, Legal, Purchasing, and Risk Management
  • Serve as liaison between members and other divisions such as Finance, Legal, Purchasing, Risk Management, and CIS Legal Counsel for membership agreements, purchase orders, vendor forms, and open accounts receivable
  • Work with Finance to ensure all invoices are paid on time
  • Maintain accurate records in the customer relationationship management (CRM) system
  • Collaborate with fellow team members when necessary for payment collection
  • Assist with revenue tracking and ad hoc reporting
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field*
  • 3+ years’ of demonstrated customer service experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of billing and contract procedures
  • Demonstrated experience using a CRM system (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and goal oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Proven ability to problem-solve to overcome obstacles and achieve results
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

It's a Plus if You Have:

  • Experience using and administering DocuSign

*Additional years of relevant experience or a combination of an Associate’s degree or equivalent and relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree.
