The Vice President (VP) of Product Management holds a key position on the Executive leadership team at the Center for Internet Security. With a vision of making essential cybersecurity knowledge, skills, tools, and services available to as many organizations as possible, the VP of Product Management is responsible for leading the Product Management team in the creation and execution of the portfolio plan to achieve that vision. Broad in scope and evolving rapidly, the CIS product portfolio consists of CIS developed and third-party integrated software products as well as a full range of services. The VP of Product Management must have a strong background in software and services product management, portfolio planning, business analysis, and the cybersecurity industry, along with a deep understanding of product development methodologies, emerging technologies, industry trends, agile practices, UX/UI design principles, and strong technical insight. In addition, the VP of Product Management will be an effective leader capable of inspiring and motivating teams, setting a clear vision, coaching and mentoring, fostering collaboration, and empowering team members to achieve their full potential.
